Eagle Ridge is an exclusive golf community featuring executive homes, single-family homes, and villas ranging in price from the mid 100s to more than 500s. Many homes offer views of the community's 18-hole golf course designed by U.S. Open Champion Tom Kite. In addition, Eagle Ridge boasts 142.1 acres of lakes and natural wooded preserve. Located just south of Raleigh on Old Stage Road (between 401 South and Ten-Ten Road), Eagle Ridge is easily accessible from Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham international airport, major universities and medical facilities, and just minutes south of downtown Raleigh. Not only is it accessible to RTP, Eagle Ridge is less than a two-hour drive to the coast!
Not only will Eagle Ridge residents enjoy the semi-private golf course and 6,000 square foot clubhouse, but also enjoy the swim and racquet club, which includes a swimming pool, cabana, wading pool, tennis courts, children's playground and open spaces.
