790 homes are part of the planned development.
How much are the Home Owners Association dues?
The dues are currently $38.50 per month, paid semi-annually.
What are these dues used for?
Landscaping/mowing the common areas, swimming pool operations, and playground maintenance.
How can I be a part of the association?
ER elections are held at the annual meeting held in October/November each year. The Board consists of one 3-year term, two 2-year terms and two 1-year terms, so each year, there will be an election for one or more officers.
There are also numerous committees you can volunteer for or even start a new one. If you would like to join a committee, please use the contact form to send an email to the appropriate Committee Chairs.

I am thinking of painting my house do I need to tell anyone?
Yes, painting, deck, shed and fence construction or modifications are just some of the things that are restricted by our HOA. An architectural control application form should be completed and sent to the management company. The management company will then forward the application on to the Architectural Control Committee for approval. You will receive written notification from the management company within 30 days as to whether the application was approved. Should your application be denied, you are entitled to an appeal before the Board of Directors.
Can I fish in or walk around the ponds?
Fishing is allowed on the pond on Mediate Rd. There is no community property behind the homes that back up to the pond on Mediate. There is however a common area on a portion of the pond that is accessed from the Ryder's Retreat section of ER. Fishing is prohibited in both ponds located in the community and the area around them is not common land.
Can I walk around the golf course on the cart paths?
No. Only paying players are allowed to use the cart paths and course.
